● Any defective item must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photo proof.
● Approved defects will be replaced or credited, not refunded.
● All designs, logos, and brand assets shared for private labeling remain the property of the client.
● Jiu-Jitsu Gear retains ownership of any in-house designs or product templates unless purchased exclusively.
● Clients must ensure they have the right to use any logos or trademarks submitted.
● We do not take responsibility for copyright infringement on client-provided assets.
● Jiu-Jitsu Gear is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse of our products.
● Clients must ensure their buyers understand proper usage and sizing instructions.
