These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by JIU JITSU Gear, a combat sports apparel manufacturer specializing in custom Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and martial arts production. By placing an order or engaging with our services, clients agree to the terms outlined below.

JIU JITSU Gear operates as a B2B manufacturing company providing OEM and ODM services for combat sports apparel, including BJJ gis, no-gi wear, grappling shorts, hoodies, t-shirts, and accessories. All products are made according to client-approved specifications, designs, and branding requirements.

Order confirmation is required before production begins. Once production has started, changes to design, quantity, or specifications may not be accepted. Clients are responsible for providing accurate artwork, sizing details, and branding files.
Sampling is available before bulk production, depending on project requirements. Sample approval is mandatory for final manufacturing execution. Production timelines may vary depending on order size, design complexity, and material availability.

JIU JITSU Gear ensures quality control at every stage of manufacturing; however, minor variations in color, stitching, or fabric texture may occur due to industrial production processes.

Payment terms, shipping schedules, and delivery conditions are agreed upon individually with each client before order confirmation. Delays caused by logistics, customs, or external factors are not the responsibility of the company.

All designs, logos, and branding materials provided by clients remain their property. JIU JITSU Gear does not claim ownership of client-provided intellectual property.

By using our services, clients agree to comply with all applicable business, import, and export regulations in their respective countries.
